Room cleanliness could use improvement!!! Stains on carpeting give a shabby impression, and the lack of a safe in rooms is quite concerning. Flexibility in food service hours would be appreciated!!!

the hotel offers tastefully decorated and reasonably sized rooms with tv, twin beds and a separate bedroom, i am very pleased about that. there is an electric kettle and a fridge.

Very impressed with standard double room. Incredible, perfect location so close to Mongolia, where a lot of the accommodation is still quite basic, and the the town square and state department store, friendly multilingual staff. Also, to government buildings. Excellent overall experience.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, short walk to the restaurant, the center and a big supermarket. Enjoyable and very decent breakfast and the staff was always available.

Location: the hotel was close enough to center of town, the the town square and state department store and Ulaanbaatar, close to many major landmarks in the city. In overall the room was GOOD sized and well-maintained and with a bathtub. The team provided a good service.

Not obvious to find!

The carpet in hallways shows signs of wear with stains, while the breakfast choices could use some serious improvement. The hash browns are often soggy and the orange cordial isn't exactly enticing. The water pressure fluctuated, and the twin bed issue was initially frustrating but thankfully resolved with a suite upgrade.

The breakfast buffet is good. Try the local dishes for an authentic taste! The hotel's downtown setting makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

This hotel offers a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk from the central square. The staff are not just friendly but also speak great English. Rooms are spacious and full of natural light. The breakfast buffet is solid, and there's laundry service to ease your travel woes.

It was just a well-suited match for a short break in Ulaanbaatar with high value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me rearrange my room quickly when there was a mix-up with the bed type. Consider arriving early to enjoy the local dining options nearby.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved how it reminded me of a small apartment. The bathroom in the second room needed some TLC, but the internet was fantastic. I had some trouble with the TV in my first room, and reception couldn't help. Breakfast was nice, though it started a bit late on my last day.
